At Golf Huts, we know that life happens. While we intend that every customer who orders from our website be fully satisfied with their order, if for any reason you decide you would like to return your order, we’ll be more than happy to work with you to process the return.

Returns
We offer our customers a hassle-free 30-day Return Policy. If a customer needs to return an item, they can do so within 30 days. The customer is only responsible for a restocking fee and return shipping. Return requests submitted beyond the 30-day mark will not be considered.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For orders canceled pre-shipping, up to 3% in payment processing fees may be nonrefundable where payment has already been captured.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a refund. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us at info@golfhuts.com if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product and refer to individual product pages, as refund policies vary by brand.

Products Excluded from Returns

  • ProTee United VX: All sales are final. There are no refunds on the ProTee United VX Launch Monitor. Exceptions: The Product was damaged in transit. The product did not arrive (in transit or lost by carrier).
  • LG: All sales are final. You may request a return for LG items within 15 days of delivery if the equipment arrives damaged or defective.
  • Carl's Place Custom Orders: Carl's Place Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, and Ceiling Paneling are not eligible for return or refund once the order is placed and has begun processing.
  • Custom Orders: All sales are final on custom request orders, custom products, and made-to-order products.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your items do arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, the box, and your order number, along with a brief description of the damage to info@golfhuts.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival, or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty
Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer — see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item is damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, this is not a warranty claim.

Cancelations
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing info@golfhuts.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the 3% merchant processing fee. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

Price Matching
In the event an item goes on sale more than 24 hours after a purchase is made, we are unable to offer a price match or price adjustment to the current sale price. If the item is within the 30-day return window, or the respective manufacturer's return window, you may return the item while paying any return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. If you need to request a price match or price adjustment within 24 hours of making a purchase, please email info@golfhuts.com.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and we will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.

When you purchase from us, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, notate and take pictures if there is any damage, and provide it to Golf Huts within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a new product in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may apply.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control.
  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay because an estimated time provided to me was incorrect due to factors outside the control of Golf Huts (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
