All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you place your order and receive your order confirmation email.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In the case of delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will contact you to confirm that you would still like to place your order.

We offer free shipping in the United States (Excluding: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific). 

No shipping is offered outside of the USA (some exceptions apply, if our website allows you to enter your shipping address and check out, you will receive your order). Some products are available in Canada.

Carl's Place Custom Orders
Fulfilment on Carl's Place Custom Enclosures and Built-In Screens is approximately 2-3 weeks. Carl's Place Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, and Ceiling Paneling are not eligible for return or refund once the order is placed and has begun being processed.

In-Store Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount (exclusions apply). Please refer to our Return Policy.

Cancelations (Before Order Ships)
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Damaged Orders
We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition. Although all our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it is possible that damages may occur during transit. Before signing off for the shipment, please inspect the carton and contents. If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos along with your order number to returns@golfhuts.com.
